Skilled Home Care

Skilled care is provided by registered nurses or licensed practical nurses, who provide care within their scope of practice. This care can possibly eliminate the need to go to a rehab facility upon discharge from the hospital. It also allows the patient to benefit from the surroundings of home, which potentially reduces exposure to infections. Our team of professionals can accommodate very complicated medical issues in the home environment, under doctors’ orders. Some examples of services that can be provided are:

  • Medication administration
  • Infusion services
    • IV antibiotics
    • IV fluids for hydration
