Celestial Care is located in the Deer Valley Professional Building at 2730 W. Agua Fria (101) Freeway, Suite 207, Phoenix, AZ, which is northwest of the intersection of the I-17 and 101 freeways.  All directions to Celestial Care are described from that intersecting point.

I-17 Freeway Northbound

Exit I-17 at the Union Hills / Yorkshire Dr. exit (Exit 214A-B).  Stay left toward Yorkshire Dr.  Turn left on Yorkshire Dr. to 27th Avenue.  Turn right (north) on 27th Avenue and drive approximately 1/2 mile to the Agua Fria (101) freeway.  Turn left onto the westbound 101 Freeway access road and stay to the right.  Merge into the right turn lane in front of the Country Inn & Suites Hotel.  Once you are in the parking lot in front of the hotel, turn right and drive to the two-story building (Deer Valley Professional Building).

I-17 Freeway Southbound

Exit I-17 at the Rose Garden Lane exit (Exit 215B).  Turn right to 27th Avenue.  Turn left (south) at 27th Avenue and drive approximately 1/2 mile to the Agua Fria (101) freeway.  Turn right (west) onto the westbound access road and stay to the right.  Merge into the right turn lane in front of the Country Inn & Suites Hotel.  Once you are in the parking lot in front of the hotel, turn right and drive to the two-story building (Deer Valley Professional Building).

101 Freeway Westbound

Exit at 27th Avenue (Exit 23A) and continue through the 27th Avenue intersection.  Stay to the right and merge into the right turn lane in front of the Country Inn & Suites Hotel.  Once you are in the parking lot in front of the hotel, turn right and drive to the two-story building (Deer Valley Professional Building).

101 Freeway Eastbound

Exit at 27th Avenue (Exit 23).  Turn left (north) onto 27th Avenue and merge into the left-turn lane.  Turn left onto the westbound Agua Fria (101) Freeway access road and stay to the right.  Merge into the right turn lane in front of the Country Inn & Suites Hotel.  Once you are in the parking lot in front of the hotel, turn right and drive to the two-story building (Deer Valley Professional Building).
