Thank you for your interest in joining our outstanding team!  We are very proud of our reputation for providing exceptional private nursing services, and humbled by the opportunity to care for those who need assistance to improve their quality of life.

In fact, our mission is to “provide the highest quality care, comfort, and a supportive environment for patients and their families.”  We firmly believe that people are better off receiving care in their home.

Since its founding in 1997, Celestial Care has been committed to providing the highest quality care available in the Greater Phoenix area.

Your success when providing care to our clients is very important to us.  Our nursing management team, lead by our Director of Nursing, Sarah Heffernan, is dedicated to providing safe, therapeutic care and maintaining the highest standards in the Greater Phoenix area.

We expect our caregivers to stay within their scope of practice and follow the Nurse Practice Act.

Our office team is responsible for supporting you in the field so you can provide exceptional care to our clients.  They have each contributed some information to this portal to help you with any questions you might have, but feel free to ask them any questions that aren’t addressed here.

This web portal covers many, but not all, of our company policies and procedures.  We encourage you to carefully review both the employee handbook and the Celestial Care policies and procedures manual.
