Hello, I’m Michelle Kent, the Accounting Manager. I am your contact for any questions or needs related to your paycheck, tax forms and w2’s.
Celestial Care processes payroll weekly with a pay date each Friday. The payroll period starts with the Saturday morning shift and ends with the Friday night shift.
All original timecards are due no later than Monday morning at 8am for the prior week. If you have reimbursable expenses, please staple the receipts to your timecard. Timecards are legal documents and must be turned in for review and payroll.
You can mail them by Saturday morning, place them in our secure Dropbox or bring them into the office and say Hello.
We use a payroll provider to issue checks and direct deposits. For your convenience, you will be able to setup a private login to view and print all of your paystubs and W2s on their website.
To avoid lost checks or rejected deposits, it is imperative that you inform me immediately if you have a change of address or bank account for payroll. If you have a question about something on your paycheck, please contact me, not the payroll provider.
Feel free to update your federal or state tax withholding forms at any time throughout the year simply by completing a new form and turning it in by Monday morning for that week’s payroll.
