What kind of services does Celestial Care provide?

Actually, we are a “caring” company that provides care by Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Nurses, depending on a client’s specific needs.  Services include IV therapy, tracheostomies, tube feedings, picc lines, colostomy/ileostomy care, complex wound care, and insulin administration.

Do you accept Medicare?

No, we serve private duty cases, but we often do work with Medicare –accredited agencies.

How will I know what level of service is needed?

When you provide us with some basic information, we will assign a Registered Nurse to assess the client’s needs, and create an appropriate care plan.

Do you provide care for clients with special needs?

Yes, our care givers are trained to assist with most medical conditions including Parkinsons, Alzheimers, MS, ALS, cancer, post dementia, post stroke and heart attack issues.

How much do your services cost?

Our competitive rates depend on the level of care needed. Please call us for an evaluation of your specific requirements.

Does insurance cover the cost of care?

Though most insurance policies do not cover private duty nursing, some long term care policies do. Please check with your insurance carrier or call us for assistance.

How often will caregivers provide assistance?

Schedules are based on individual needs and preferences. A minimum of six hours is required and care up to 24 hours is provided in 6-12-hour shifts. Skilled RN visits are available as well.

What services do you provide?

In addition to medical-related care, our caregivers prepare and cook meals, do light housecleaning, assist with transportation and many other services. Please inquire for specifics.

Do you provide RN supervisory visits?

Yes, this complimentary service is available for clients we serve for a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Are you licensed by the state of Arizona?

Currently, the Arizona Department of Health Services licenses only companies that accept payment through Medicare. Our individually licensed caregivers are supervised by our Director of Nursing.

Do you have a Medical Director?

Do you provide care in hospitals and long term care facilities?

Yes. Of course, this is in addition to home care.

No, though we can assist in arranging for it.

Do you provide care to the terminally ill?

Yes, we can manage the care of the patient privately or work in conjunction with the hospice organization of your choice.
