Client and Employee Feedback

Celestial Care uses “Home Care Pulse”, the leading survey company in the home care industry, to get both client and caregiver feedback on a monthly basis.  All employee feedback is anonymous.  In June, Celestial Care received an overall client satisfaction rating of 4.91 and caregiver satisfaction rating of 4.85.  The rating is based on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest possible rating.  We are very proud of the outstanding service our caregivers are providing to our clients!
